First of all, congratulations on clearing the IBPS PO written exam—that’s a big achievement. Now the interview mainly checks your personality, confidence, and clarity, not just knowledge. Start by preparing basic questions like “Tell me about yourself,” “Why banking?” and “Why IBPS PO?” Keep your answers simple, honest, and natural, not memorized. You should also know basic banking concepts like types of accounts, RBI, repo rate, and inflation. They may ask questions related to your graduation subject, hometown, or current job, so be prepared for that. Read current affairs of the last 2–3 months, especially banking news. During the interview, stay calm, speak clearly, and be confident. If you don’t know an answer, honestly say you don’t know. They mainly check your attitude, communication, and honesty.
